After The Disaster, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt charitable organization. Contributions are deductible to the full extent allowed by law. In addition to cash, checks, donations through our PayPal account (the "Donate" button at the bottom of each page), and dropping off Kit items at our collection sites, here are two more no-hassle ways that you can support the efforts of After The Disaster.
ATD has no employees and no salaries, rent, or utilities to pay, so all of your contributions go directly to providing relief for disaster victims. All members of the Board of Directors are volunteers who provide their services with no compensation of any kind except the satisfaction of a job well done.

Kroger Community Rewards makes supporting your favorite non-profit easy … all you have to do is shop at Kroger and swipe your Plus Card!
When you shop using your Kroger Plus card, a portion of your purchase will be donated by Kroger to After The Disaster, and it doesn’t cost you a penny!
To support us in this way, simply log on to (or create) your Kroger account at kroger.com/account, then go to community rewards. From there, simply select After the Disaster QB050 from the list of participating organizations. That’s all there is to it. Once a year Kroger will ask you if your want to continue supporting us this way. If you ever change your mind, you can simply log in to your Kroger account, go to My Account, and click the “Cancel Enrollment” button.

More Ways to Help!
Volunteering- We can always use help putting the kits and totes together. Also a great way to add some volunteering experience to your resume.
Collecting Donations- If you or your organization would like to collect donations for After the Disaster, feel free to reach out to any listed member for information on how to set up a drive.
Monetary Donations- We now have a PayPal account linked for direct donations or reach out for further instructions on how to make a monetary donations. 100% of donations go toward the purchasing of kit supplies and supplies to mail and package the kits. You can also check out our FAQ section.

Experiencing a house fire, flood, or other disaster can be devastating to individuals and families. Most victims are “shell shocked” by what has happened and feel hopeless to see all their belongings gone. Receiving “necessities” can bring a little bit of stability into an otherwise chaotic situation. We collect personal relief items to be given to local fire departments to hand out so single and multi-member families at the scene of the disaster.

After The Disaster will collect these items and package them in gallon zip-lock bags for distribution; individual bags are assembled for men, women, boys, and girls. The packaged bags are then placed in large totes and delivered to local fire departments for distribution to disaster victims. Drop off items here.
